All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and colours are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Please check all spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before your order is made or dispatched.
Personalised items made to your specifications cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
